Trenchless Line Replacement
Trenchless sewer line replacement is properly the least invasive method to replace your drain line. With, in most cases, only 2 holes dug, the trenchless method leaves most of your property untouched.
Don't worry about your brand new paved driveway!
A cable will be pulled through your old drain line and attached to a Hydraulic pulling equipment. A new PE(polyethylene) pipe is attached to a steel splitting head and pulled through the other hole while crushing the existing drain line in the ground.
After connecting both ends of the new PE pipe to your existing drain line, both holes can be refilled and your drain is back to normal.
Camera Inspection
A camera inspection of your sewer line is always a good idea, if you want to know the condition of your drain lines. Either in event of a home buy or sell, a problem such as a clog or just to locate the lines.
Hydro Jetting Hydro jetting uses highly pressurized water (up to 4000 PSI) to break up and
remove grease, deposits, and even tough tree roots from sewer pipes.
While other drain cleaning methods like snaking are less expensive
and have been used for years, the snake only punctures clogs
to break them apart. This means that debris can stay stuck to your pipes,
leading to future clogs and even burst pipes or sewer line damage.
Drain Line Relining
Pipe Relining is a method to restore your existing damaged drain/sewer line with minimal invasion of your property. In most cases only one hole needs to be dug and after hydro jetting your line to ensure that the line is fully opened there will be a epoxy saturated tubing inserted into to the drain line. That tubing then will be inflated with compressed air and heat to line the pipe from the inside. After curing, your drain line is going to be fully functional again.
